A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's North-West requires a Level 2/3 Service Desk Engineer / Team Leader for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
* Providing 2nd and 3rd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
* Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
* Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
* Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
* Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
* Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 & Level 2 Service Desk Engineers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience of providing level 2 & 3 IT support in a client-facing environment.
* Sound knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, Windows Server, VMware / Hyper-V, Backup technologies, VoIP and Network troubleshooting.
* Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
* Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
* A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
