**Job Description**
As an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professional, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing supplier set-ups across all entities, including bank account verification
* Ensuring accounts payable transactions are processed in accordance with correct authority levels and general ledger and project coding structure
* Liaising and building strong relationships with suppliers
* Accurately and timely reconciling supplier statements
* Providing aid and support to various areas of the business related to accounts payable
* Rectifying exceptions in the AP system
* Reconciling reports and providing data to the AP Manager
* Reporting on aged payables and other ad-hoc reporting as required
