Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-designed, in-person visual art and craft classes to various groups, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Teach classes as per the plans we provide; there is no requirement to create your own lessons.
Facilitate classes for all ages (children, youth, and adults), ensuring everyone feels encouraged and supported.
Collaborate with Rebel Stepz Arts for class preparation, including attending a run-through of the lesson plans.
Work alongside our team remotely as we monitor and support the classes online.
Travel to different locations as required for each project or class.
Key Requirements:
Experience teaching (formal teaching qualifications are not required).
A passion for the creative arts and a love for teaching.
Ability to travel to various locations depending on project needs.
Working With Children Check and Police Check (mandatory).
Kindness, patience, and strong communication skills.
Ability to teach a wide age range, including children, teens, and adults.
Ability to travel to different suburbs based on instructors location
Classes may take place in a variety of settings, including classrooms, community centers, corporate offices, or other client locations, so flexibility and adaptability to different environments is essential.
Must be based in Australia or New Zealand and able to work legally.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in ceramics, painting, or mixed media is a plus.
