Job Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily clinic operations, managing the clinical and administrative staff. Monitor staff wellbeing, retention, and performance. Team Development Onboard and train administration and practitioner team members on operational procedures and policies. Handle recruitment for the administration team, including conducting interviews and providing candidate recommendations. Manage performance processes when required. Service Growth Drive initiatives to increase service growth. Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with patients, referrers, and third-party agencies. Represent the company at professional events, independently or alongside the CEO. Qualifications and Skills Must have full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist. Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice. Current C class driver's licence. Eligibility to apply or currently hold a WWCC and NDIS worker screening.
