In this key leadership role, you will drive business growth, oversee daily operations, foster a strong workplace culture, and implement strategic initiatives to elevate team performance. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee all aspects of daily service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement operational policies to enhance workflow and productivity. Continuously optimize service delivery processes to exceed customer expectations. Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met, fostering a strong safety culture within the Service team. Conduct regular site observations and project reviews to mitigate risks. Operational & Commercial Management Identify, develop, and manage service and installation projects. Negotiate commercial and legal terms of service contracts. Conduct won/lost order analysis to refine strategy and improve success rates. Manage claims and lead negotiations with customers when necessary. Develop and oversee the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Implement cost-control measures while identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Use data-driven insights to enhance overall profitability. Lead and inspire a diverse team, including Jointers, project managers, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives engagement and retention. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development strategies. Strengthen cross-functional relationships within the Australian organization to support business growth. Customer Relations Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns proactively and implement corrective actions as needed. Identify opportunities for business expansion and new client acquisition. Strategic Planning & Growth Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market growth and competitive positioning.
