Join to apply for the Sales Support Manager- APAC role at Wolters Kluwer Reporting into the VP Sales, the main responsibility is to manage the Sales support team (remotely) to support HLRP Asia Pacific sales team achieve its sales goals.
ResponsibilitiesManage Sales execution and effectiveness ensuring alignment with the regional sales team's goals.Timely and accurate preparation and delivery of renewal proposals (pricing, usage statistics and analysis) to the sales team.Timely requests, follow up and delivery of new price quotes to the sales team.Timely management of pricing and dissemination of Tier 3 renewal proposals.Preparation and dissemination of license agreements.Preparation of detailed market/product upsell analytics.Preparation of detailed customer analytics.Provide support to field sales reps with customer/agent inquiries.Provide support to sales leadership.Monitor and assign territories, accounts and workload of the Inside Sales team.Identify, implement and optimize inside sales processes. Leverage technology, tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the Inside Sales team.Collaborate with internal departments which interact with Inside Sales to drive efficiencies and compliance including Product set-up, Pricing and Legal.Lead, and collaborate on, global improvement projects to ensure visibility and inclusion of Asia Pacific in planning, decision making and execution.Actively work with internal departments to implement technological improvements which resource the sales team with greater data insights and market intelligence to increase efficiencies and revenue.Establish Inside Sales reporting templates and performance metrics.Identify, implement and optimize process improvements and tools for the field sales team for efficiency and effectiveness.Create sales tools & templates and analysis which support the sales team with planning and upselling.Collaborate with the Asia Pacific sales leadership to understand their priorities and proactively support the needs of the field sales team.Preparation of detailed sales analytics and reports.
