SAP HR Business Analyst // Government // Long Term Contract

Talent International is working in partnership with a government department in seeking an SAP HR Business Analyst with strong SAP/HR Payroll experience in a program of work to transition from legacy HR & Payroll systems onto SAP ERP.
The planning mode of the program is already complete and now preparing for the next phase of group set ups into the new system, and will help guide to onboard people in using the new system.
This role will work collaboratively with the change team throughout the project. A consultative approach whilst identifying ways to improve the process and gaps.
Key Requirements:
4. 5+ years in a Senior BA or BA role
5. Experience in HR & Payroll policies and procedures
6. In-depth knowledge of core HR & Payroll processes within the SAP environment.
7. Knowledge of NSW Public Service employment conditions and Australian payroll requirements
8. Shared Services background or operational HR & Payroll knowledge having worked in an operational or transactional HR & Payroll area
9. Strong stakeholder and communications skills to work with key business partners across HCM and Finance teams
