You will also provide efficient and high quality governance support, advise and training across the organisation and maintain corporate registers and databases to ensure governance legislative compliance is maintained.What we offer:• Permanent full time, 35 hours per week (A job share arrangement will be considered for this role)• Annual salary from $82,504.76 to $98,098.52, dependent on qualifications, skills and experience• Plus 11.5% superannuation.What you'll need to be successful in the role:• Relevant qualifications in Local Government, Business/Risk Management/Law or an equivalent combination of extensive industry experience (3 years +) and education/training relevant to the requirements of the role• Extensive knowledge of the Government Information (Public Access) Act and other legislation relating to the provision and protection of information• Highly developed written communication skills• The ability to write reports, policies, and procedures, and explain decisions under relevant legislationStrong organisational and time management skillsWell-developed knowledge of legal principles• Current Class C Driver’s Licence.Pre-Employment Checks: Employment will be subject to a National Criminal Record Check to determine your suitability for employment.
