About The OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Aboriginal Family Birthing Program team as a Registered Midwife, where you will be responsible for:
Assess individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies.Plan or coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies in providing individual health care needs.Provide direct person-centred midwifery care to patients/clients on a shift-by-shift basis.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. ORRegistered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
