About Us
The School of Environmental and Conservation Sciences, part of Murdoch University’s College of Environmental and Life Sciences, offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in conservation, environmental science, and marine biology. Known for high student satisfaction, ECS emphasizes hands-on experimental learning and impactful, applied research addressing environmental and conservation challenges.
The Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background and fundamental knowledge in terrestrial animal biology and ecology. They will be expected to teach in the field of terrestrial animal wildlife ecology and ecological data analysis at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
What you’ll bring to this role
* A PhD in terrestrial animal wildlife ecology or closely related area, with a background in biological and ecological theory.
* Demonstrated high levels of written and oral communication skills in English.
* Experience in teaching in the discipline or profession.
* A track record of success in producing high quality independent research outputs that have national and international impact.
