THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager, Client Support and Housing Services the position is responsible for managing a team of front-line staff, which respond to a wide range of clients and are required to deal with all programs areas of the Division. The team of front-line staff work within the local area concierge and divisional telephony system. This position collaborates extensively across the Area and Division, to improve client service, by reviewing and establishing client-focussed protocols, systems and training. The Reception Services Team Leader is responsible for the implementation of service delivery consistent with the requirements of the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic), the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act (2006) and the Client Charter. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Manage the overall delivery of the frontline client contact protocols and processes in Reception Services. Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations.
