About the role Reporting to the manager on shift, we are looking for a Relief Food and Beverage Supervisor to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. Being a Relief Food and Beverage Supervisor, your usual role would be as a Food and Beverage Attendant, with the opportunity to take on additional shifts as a Food and Beverage Supervisor when needed. This role is ideal for a current Food and Beverage Attendant that is looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. You will be focused on providing a vibrant and professional atmosphere for both our customers and employees and will seek to grow membership through the provision of outstanding service and products. Your commitment to the Club's members and delivery of excellent customer service will be uncompromising and will be evidenced through your professional conduct and the standards you set for yourself, the team and the Club. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business. Your Key Priorities will be to: Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guests Initiative to effectively solve problems Practical understanding of the nature of our business and the customers we serve Ability to prepare reports utilising your skills with Microsoft Word and Excel Exemplary cash handling capabilities Demonstrable practical experience with compliance The Candidate: Outstanding behavioural and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong communication and personal skills Experience in working under pressure in a fast environment Current RSA and RCG certifications Flexibility and available to work a 7 day, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Experience in leading a food or beverage team is highly desirable.
