About the role
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the representation of the Company and the development of the market share within the defined sales territory. This includes the achievement of sales budgets whilst fostering a professional and positive working relationship with distribution partners, key accounts and industry bodies.
Responsibilities
6. In conjunction with the Business Manager, create sales plans and strategies to deliver profitable growth
7. Assist with the national forecasting and review process
8. Identify market changes and necessary forecast adjustments
9. Maintain direct farm contact with large end users (growers and spray contractors)
10. Work within the guidelines and regulations as set down by the organisation as they relate to occupational safety and health
Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
11. Queensland Cotton and Broadacre market experience
12. Strong analytical and negotiation skills
13. Significant sales experience and high-level business and commercial acumen within Agribusiness
14. Demonstrated ability to construct and leverage strong customer relations
15. Active listening and negotiation skills
16. Proven high level planning and organisational skills
17. Demonstrated broadacre cropping inputs experience and understanding
