Our client operates several multi-franchised dealerships and is looking for an experienced candidate to step up and take the reins of one of their new acquisitions, which covers two major European brands. This is a more bespoke site, requiring a hands-on candidate that's looking for a unique career opportunity. Based in Townsville, the ideal candidate for this position will largely focus on the front end of the business, where there is good opportunity for growth. You will work closely with the group's senior management team to develop the presence of these brands in the region, mostly, but not solely in the front end of the business. This is a unique opportunity to join a very large, well-regarded automotive group, in a role that could present fantastic future career potential. You will be taking over from the existing Manager, who has been with the brand for many years and is retiring. Responsibilities: Manage the front end of the business and develop brand presence in the region. Work closely with senior management to drive growth opportunities. Oversee daily operations and sales management. Qualifications: Prior experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in a retail dealership. Aspirations to become a Dealer Principal.
