1. Participate in and / or lead the planning and implementation of new business application and core system integration projects in alignment with requirements
2. Provide technical advice during the design phase of new cloud integration projects and infrastructure planning initiatives
3. Champion identity integration initiatives against QCS' strategic objectives
4. Identify and participate in the resolution of application and system integration issues
5. Identify, design, and develop integration solutions on QCS' existing cloud platforms; Microsoft 365 + Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
6. Develop and assess application / system integration monitoring metrics against business application availability and Disaster Recovery requirements
7. Assist with identifying and realising business process improvements through the development and implementation of system integration initiatives
8. Continually assess existing systems' integrations against industry and security best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
9. Research and make recommendations on application and system integration solutions
10. Support development teams' system integration requirements as needed
11. Manage collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and external technology vendors to develop and implement the required changes to ICT infrastructure
12. Lead and manage staff as required and directed
