As a Sales and Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations of the branch while managing internal sales activities. This role combines sales and management duties to optimise branch performance and achieve sales targets!
You will be a key player in our efforts to providing essential service to our clients. By maintaining and building client relationships while also to help in expanding our market presences.
Key responsibilities:
* Process sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries and product support promptly and accurately.
* Assist in managing daily branch operations including, inventory management, clean and safe environment while managing any discrepancies.
* Supporting the branch manager in leading, training and motivating staff.
* Liaise with warehouse staff and assist with pick packing duties when required.

* Good Customer service skills through proven work history
* Computer literate at an intermediate level

* Solution-oriented approach to problems, we love helping customers.
* Strong leadership skills
* Mechanical aptitudewith bearing and power transmission knowledge is desirable.
