Travelling will be required. ABOUT THE ROLE You will need to already be based in the Mount Gambier Region - SA, have past success in cleaning contract management, team leadership and a proven ability to deliver results against the company’s objectives and targets The successful candidate will be: Energetic Confident and accomplished Contract Manager with a proven track record in managing people You will have the ability to lead and develop a team, enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically and manage multiple stakeholders. Visiting sites frequently around the Mount Gambier region Travelling to Adelaide and other regions within South Australia at least monthly Skills/Experience Required You will have previous experience in a cleaning & service-based industry working with small to large corporate clients across different sectors. You will develop credibility with clients by demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound commercial acumen. A key deliverable is to ensure compliance with contractual requirements for service delivery, timeliness, and reporting. You will also engage effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination of activities critical to business objectives. All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Working With Children Check. What will you be doing? Conduct Quality Service inspections and audits as scheduled and rectify any failed areas as an immediate response Identify contracts “under risk” as projects and develop clearly defined objectives and action plans to prevent contract loss. Assist in key client liaison to ensure smooth transition of operational/functional changes attributed to permanent productivity improvements. Use foresight to identify potential client issues and resolve them before they become problems Regular face to face contact with client representatives Mobilise the start-up of new contracts and providing support to the wider team Effective and timely communication with external and internal stakeholders Timely reporting to Administration for work order progress status and close out recording You will need a full Australian Drivers' license.
