The Role:
This role is part of the Sales Division within Blundstone, reporting to the International Sales Manager.
You will manage the relationship with appointed distributors in allocated markets around the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maximising the brand's potential while ensuring contractual arrangements with distribution partners are honoured.
* Investigating new markets, discovering new distributor partner options, and appointing distributors.
* Engaging and leading in-market planning with distribution partners to increase market penetration and market share.
* Executing product-ranging strategies, brand positioning, brand messaging, and market support.
Requirements:
* Full Australian work rights.

* Current Passport & Drivers licence.
