About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our team at Ready Enable Pty Ltd in Alexandria, NSW. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to a small and friendly team in the disability sector. Part-time option negotiable. People with disability and LGBTQIA+ community members and allies are encouraged to apply!What you'll be doing Payroll (SCHADS Award)Accounts payable and accounts receivableProviding administrative support, such as managing office suppliesAssist with human resource compliance and filingLiaising with external stakeholders, such as clients and plan managers, to ensure efficient and effective operationsSupporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as requiredWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 years' experience in a finance and/or administration role, ideally within disability or community sectorStrong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial recordsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersProficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelA keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamA positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the roleWhat we offerAt Ready Enable, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
