HR Admin Support (12-month fixed term contract)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Admin Support to join the Human Resources team in our Ipswich office, helping to provide administration support to the Human Resources team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Monitor the departmental email inbox
2. Inbound and outbound post duties
3. Scanning and uploading documents to the HR System
4. Inputting staff data onto the HR System and monitoring/ensuring data is accurate and up to date
5. Administration of HR expense claims
6. Maintenance of HR sections on the shared/public drives, and posting HR announcements
7. Administration of business card requests
8. Assist with the onboarding experience for new starters, and ensure all arrangements are in place
9. Production of all contract variations
10. Provide cover for the other HR Administrators as required

Candidate Profile:
1. Good standard of education - at least 5 GCSE's, including Maths and English, at grade 4 or above (or an equivalent grade)
2. Will have good administration skills
3. Previous office experience
4. A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail
5. An interest in HR Administration
Contractual Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
