* Our client is an aged care service provider including residential care, community care and independent living housing options. They are committed to excellence in all aspects of our care and services. This client has multiple Part Time roles in two locations within 30 mins of Hobart. They are seeking enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated Registered Nurses with a passion for working with the elderly to join their teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
o Supporting residents and clients with respect to their independence and making informed choices about their care, services and living the life they choose.
o Contributing to resident and client care that is safe and effective and meets their needs, goals and preferences to optimise their health, well-being, independence and quality of life.
o Undertake initial and ongoing assessment and planning for care in partnership with the resident, with a focus on optimising health and well-being in accordance with the resident’s needs, goals and preferences.
o Contribute to and lead the facilities approach to the delivery of safe and effective services and support for daily living including, clinical care and personal care in accordance with the resident’s needs, goals and preferences to optimise independence, health, well-being and quality of life.
o Maintain a solid knowledge and contribute to the AN-ACC model.
o Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the accreditation process
o Implementing and maintaining care plans in conjunction with ACFI, then AN-ACC.
o Proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team;
o Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to deal with change;
o A high level of organisational and prioritisation skills and an ability to multi-task;
o A commitment to quality continuous improvement;
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
o A commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor of Nursing qualification
o A current registration with AHPRA as a RN
o A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake and maintain the equivalent throughout employment
o An approved NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or a willingness to undertake one
o The provision of an Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register confirming that the applicant has received a minimum of two doses and Booster of the COVID-19 Vaccination
o Valid Australian Work Entitlements.
