Senior Franchise Operations Manager - HYBRID Home Caring, as part of The Caring Group, is a private company focused on delivering high-quality home care in the aged and disability care community across Australia.We are growing rapidly and expanding our team to deliver on our strategic goals.We are committed to delivering sensitive and respectful client-centred care, offering a wide range of services such as complex care, high needs, personal care, respite, domestic assistance, and home maintenance in the comfort and privacy of the clients' homes.POSITION OVERVIEW Home Caring is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a strong Senior Franchise Operations Manager to join our team.This newly created role, reporting to the COO, will play a pivotal role in strengthening our commercial operations, maximizing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational effectiveness.In this role, you will oversee both company-owned and franchise operations to contribute to business performance and strategic growth.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable business growth and development.Commercial Partnership: Work with franchisees and company-owned business unit managers to develop operational plans to grow the business.Create a regular financial and operational review to ensure accountability to the agreed plan and the achievement of financial growth goals.Relationship Management: Act as a brand ambassador for the Home Caring Group, promoting the benefits of being within the group and making relevant connections into support resources in support of driving growth within the business units.Business Planning and Budgeting: Work with business unit managers in medium-range business planning centered around an annual budgeting process.Franchisee Management: Manage franchisee commercial negotiations, complaints, and disputes, ensuring fair and balanced outcomes.Change Leadership: Work with business unit managers to adopt company initiatives and policies including compliance practices, software implementations, and operational procedures.Operational Management: Develop and implement efficient business processes to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executives to create and execute long-term business strategies and objectives.Performance Metrics: Establish performance metrics and report on business performance to identify areas for improvement.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business operations comply with relevant regulations and implement mitigation strategies.Market Analytics: Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends, positioning, and potential areas for growth.SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS A passion to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.At least 5 years of experience in commercial and regional leadership roles involving relationship management and driving financial outcomes.Resilience in a fast-paced environment.The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse stakeholder group.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.A proactive approach and desire to create positive change.Previous franchising experience or commercial business partnering experience.Understanding of the healthcare industry and/or experience in a clinical service delivery business would be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
