Position Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team of 10, you will be responsible for: Processing payroll end to end for approximately 5000 employees split amongst two pay runs Alternating between fortnightly & monthly pay runs alongside another Senior Payroll Officer PAYG, Workcover and Superannuation payments Ensure employment records, pay rates, allowances, and entitlements align with applicable awards, agreements, and company policies. Proving accurate information in response to employee queries Calculating redundancies Payroll reconciliations and reporting Additional tasks to assist the broader team The Successful Candidate To be a success in this role you will possess: Extensive prior experience in a similar payroll focussed role within a medium/large scale organisation. Previous experience using SAP Successfactors would be highly regarded Understanding of and experience interpreting Awards/EBAs High level attention to detail and accuracy A demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified manner Forward thinking mindset with a keen desire to lead change Strong stakeholder management skills with clear communication techniques How To Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
