We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team at Ascott Gardens Hostel in the Central West Region. This exciting opportunity involves working on weekends and performing cooking and kitchen duties to deliver high-quality food service to facility residents.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and cook fresh meals to ensure resident satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
* Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements
* Experience in planning and preparing meals for large groups
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Availability to work various shifts across different days
