The Role
We seek an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to drive incremental sales revenue through new customer acquisition. In this role, you will actively contribute to Nitro's quarterly and annual sales targets, leveraging your expertise to prospect and close net-new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Nitro's value proposition to key decision-makers, showcasing how our solutions drive productivity, increase information security, and enhance resource sustainability. This includes managing time and account engagement effectively to maximize revenue return.
Nitro's Mid-Market Account Executives serve as trusted advisors, supporting prospects and accounts throughout the transformative process.
Key Responsibilities
* Hunting and prospecting into target accounts to acquire new logos.
* Developing and executing a territory plan, including target accounts, routes, plays, and personas.
* Building a deep understanding of pipeline development and diversification.
* Applying time and intelligence to move prospects through Nitro's sales cycle.
* Engaging with channel partners to drive incremental opportunity within the territory.
* Using multi-channel communication to engage decision-makers and drive the sales cycle forward.
* Navigating political structures and creating Mutual Action Plans to achieve desired outcomes.
* Developing business cases and understanding the impact of productivity gains across different verticals.
* Maintaining sustained engagement and driving sales conversations forward.
* Managing all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
* 4+ years of SaaS sales experience.
* 2+ years of sales experience in PDF, eSigning, and Workflow solutions preferred.
* Track record of overachieving quota in past roles.
* Proven ability to navigate opportunities through a sales process to a successful conclusion.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through.
* Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and drive.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
