The position will be based at the Health Promotion Service at Warrawong and a hybrid model of working is currently in place. This role involves working as part of the ISLHD Health Promotion Service Early Years team to develop, implement and evaluate a range of preventive health programs which aim to improve the health and wellbeing of families with children from birth to 5 years. This includes: Building partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services, community organisations and Child & Family Health staff. Supporting the delivery of NSW Health's Munch & Move program as well as other initiatives within the First 2000 Days Framework. Contributing to meeting key performance indicators, including for Munch & Move and the Go4Fun program, as well as delivering other initiatives that support the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
