About the role:You will play a key role in supporting HR operations across the entire employee life-cycle. Partnering with Senior HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment contracts, Modern Award interpretation, and workplace relations. You'll manage HR casework & admin, ensure compliance, and assist with key HR projects to enhance business outcomes.Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this hands-on role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring HR policies and practices evolve. You will be instrumental in supporting managers and employees by delivering clear, practical advice on HR processes, employee relations, and compliance matters.This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a flexible work environment, combining remote and office-based work at our Bella Vista office.Key Responsibilities include:Provide timely and accurate HR advice to managers and employees on policies, contracts, performance management, and compliance.Support case management, including conducting workplace investigations and handling disciplinary matters.Oversee HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contract changes, and maintaining accurate employee records.Act as a key liaison for payroll-related enquiries, escalating complex matters where required.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace reporting, and visa sponsorship requirements.Assist in HR project coordination and employee engagement initiatives.Prepare and deliver HR reports to support leadership decision-making.About You:HR advisory experience with a strong understanding of employment governance, Modern Award interpretation, and workplace relations.Proven ability to advise, coach, and support managers and employees on HR matters.Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering HR advice.Ability to build strong relationships across HR teams, business leaders, and employees.Experience handling HR case management, performance management, and compliance processes.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Resilient and solutions-focused with a passion for continuous improvement.About KinCare:KinCare (part of the Silverchain Group) is a leading provider of in-home aged care and nursing services.
