About You • You already live by the values of Inclusion, Integrity and Innovation.• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.• Five years experience as a People and Culture Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a similar strategic HR role.• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.• Experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with tact and empathy.• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Atwea College requires: • Valid NSW Working With Children Check and current National Criminal Police Record Check prior to the commencement of employment.• Child Protection Training and other ongoing legislative training as required, once employed.About our PERKS!At Atwea College we add value to the role and our people by providing: As a Not-for-Profit organisation, ability to salary package up to $15,899 tax free per FBT year.Paid Perk Days in addition to 4 weeks Annual Leave.Collective close down period at year end.Flexible approach to work, potential for WFH hybrid.Confidential 10 Paid Family and Domestic Violence days if required.
