About the Role The purpose of the Banker Digital Experience Tribe (BDX) is to enable our Bankers to deliver great service to customers, through intelligent, integrated tools and processes. Bankers will become advocates of the solutions they use, reflecting the fact that we put our Frontline teams at the centre of everything we do. This opportunity exists within the Enterprise Contact Centre Platforms Product Area. The area supports the technology across applications and platforms that underpins ANZ's customer contact management delivery across the enterprise. It consists of a mix of delivery and support squads Role Location: Melbourne Work Hours: Full time What will your day look like? As a Journey Expert you will work with multiple stakeholders across the business as well as within the BDX Tribe role in cross functional teams supporting the delivery of critical changes to our systems as well an improved service for our customers. You will play a lead role in several key focus areas including: Business analyst, Change and Implementation Role responsibilities: Conducting and evaluating Business and Change Impacts and assessments. Managing Implementation plan and activities to ensure business readiness. Developing and executing the Change Plan including communications and learning approach. Manage change readiness and drive adoption and embedding. Business analysis activities including - gathering business requirements, designing and documenting processes, as well providing key support to squads to help facilitate technical delivery. Managing stakeholders. Ensuring strong governance including identifying risks, tracking go-live readiness and developing key success criteria. What will you bring? To be successful in this role you will need: Previous Change Management/Business Analysis/Implementation experience, working in an Agile-structured technology delivery team or project or process improvement environment. Strong experience in planning and executing change initiatives. Experience in gathering business requirements, designing and mapping processes. Strong experience in building stakeholder relationships, building trust and resolving conflicts. Demonstrated problem analysis and solving techniques to identify, understand and respond to problems as identified. A curious mind and likes to connect the dots in order to understand how things work Confidence in presenting to and engaging with groups of stakeholders to seek feedback and gain endorsement for proposed changes. You are a natural leader, and team player who constantly has their finger on the pulse, takes initiative and is able to work autonomously where required You naturally and wholeheartedly contribute to a connected team culture, particularly with offshore teams So why join us?
