The Group Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organisational, and facilities management support to the Group Executive team, Board, Company Secretary, and corporate departments. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and operational to provide a safe and efficient working environment. Accountable for the management of centrally coordinated processes, including group document control, phone services, travel, website management, and other key functions. The Group Executive Assistant also builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manages corporate administrative budgets, and maintains confidentiality and discretion. We are looking for an experienced professional who will bring a love of all things office administration, services, and coordination, and bring the will to make a difference with an element of fun to our team. You will have experience supporting Executives in a related role with excellent communication, administrative management, and interpersonal skills.
