We are a long established and treasured part of the South Australian community, having shared the joy of our zoos since 1883 and proudly serving more than 50,000 members.
Working with a passionate board who are focused on making a positive difference to conservation outcomes; Zoos SA has an incredibly exciting vision for our future. For the first time in twelve years we are seeking a new Chief Executive to successfully take us on the next chapter of our story.
With the arrival of Asian Elephants at Monarto Safari Park and two new Giant Pandas at Adelaide Zoo this year we have great things planned. The opening of the luxury resort at Monarto Safari Park will expand our tourism reach and offer unique and thrilling experiences for our visitors.
Our new Chief Executive will be a values driven leader who will guide the implementation of our strategic goals, manage resources and develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for driving ongoing sustainable financial management, effective business planning and performance outcomes. Leading a high performing executive team and fostering an inclusive workforce culture that is engaged, enabled and empowered to achieve our strategic directions.
