What you will do as the Business Analyst: Gather, identify and analyse business requirements.Detailed design, modelling and mapping of business processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to create a common understanding of business objectives.Quality assurance of the build including facilitating User Acceptance Testing.About You In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
a proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and express these as requirements and user storiesexperience conducting research and in-depth analysis of existing business processes, data and productsa proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, end users, product owners, architects, developers, data modellers and testers to design and deliver solutionshighly developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and collaborate with others to achieve deadlinesa proven ability to establish clear expectations, take ownership and demonstrate initiative to be an independent contributor to the agency's program of workexperience in agile methodology is highly desirable, as is the ability to apply user-design principles in an ICT agile delivery setting.To find out more about us and the role, please read the Candidate Kit.
