Marketing and Communications Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned marketing and communications professional with a knack for event promotion and social media to lead our promotional efforts and contribute as a skilled all-rounder across our small, friendly, and highly capable team.
About the Role
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote a National Conference, including the launch of the Authority's Corporate Strategy.
* Drive stakeholder engagement across aged care and disability sectors, contributing to critical discussions on pricing in the care economy.
* Manage and optimise social media campaigns to build awareness and engagement.
* Provide general communications support across the agency, working collaboratively with a team of 12 communications professionals.
About You
* Proven experience in marketing, social media, and event promotion.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting team goals.
* Experience in aged care, disability services, or government communications is an advantage.

* The Authority is a small but rapidly growing independent agency, dedicated to supporting high-profile aged care and NDIS initiatives.
* We have just over a decade of existence and are building our communications function to support critical consultations and pricing advice that shape Australia's care economy.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
