* $90k plus Super + relevant allowances

About the role
In your new role of Maintenance Electrician, you will support the team in:
* Proactively maintaining machinery and responding promptly to breakdowns
* Implementing preventative maintenance schedules using cutting-edge MEX program
* Being part of an on-call rotation schedule for emergency situations
* Efficiently managing contractors for specialised tasks
* Providing comprehensive reports to management on maintenance activities
* Supervising and guiding other maintenance staff effectively including apprentices
* Collaborating closely with teammates to achieve maintenance goals
About you
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will have recent experience within a large organisation, ideally, within food production or related industry. In addition, you will bring:
* Possession of an Australian Electrical Licence and Electrical trade qualification
* Experienced in PLC, automation systems are essential, and familiarity with MEX software preferred
* Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook to streamline tasks and reporting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with personnel at various levels
* Effective leadership qualities for conflict resolution and problem-solving
* Exceptional attention to detail for precise maintenance work
