A unique role that will engage with the Operations Teams across the commercial towers within the precinct, who will oversee the operational aspects of the precinct's open and shared common areas.
Act as the conduit between the general managers, facilities, and property teams and regularly interface with them and landlord representatives.
This role will be perfect for someone with precinct experience and complex stakeholder management knowledge!Why this opportunity?It is a unique opportunity to manage the common area and offers a beautiful space within the precinct that will keep you busy and occupied.
This will include landscaped gardens, a carpark, artworks, common space lifts and ornamentation to complement it.
The role will manage access to the shared services and common areas across the precinct, such as all stairways, elevators, open area spaces, and park space.
Interaction with multiple stakeholders and FM teams will be required should work be undertaken which will impact the common areas (such as window cleaning, glass removals, etc.
).You will be accountable for:Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices concerning the maintenance of the property structure, external deck support and pillar structural integrity, façade cleaning, overall presentation and soft services.Coordinating effective and efficient management of all property services in the common areas, along with coordination and interaction with precinct partners.Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and updated regarding ongoing works and projects across the precinct – from VicRoads, Local City Council, Landlord representatives, and Indigenous groups to the broader FM and Operations teams.Focus on security and access control, fire access, CCTV, lockers, AV upgrades, precinct-based server rooms and managing the annual property operations and capital works budgets and updating budgets working alongside the Owners Corporation.Tendering, procurement, and retendering services across the common areas and precinct, determining DLP/ builder responsibilities where applicable, and consolidating services.Manage common space activations and events, ensuring security, SWMS, event sign-off and capacity management as required.Why you should apply:Truly a unique role like no other!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a residential or retail background to transition to commercial.Someone with good experience managing activations and events in public spaces highly regarded!A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.A positive approach to meeting multiple client's needs.
