About the Role: We are on the lookout for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Marrickville.In this dynamic role, you will: Lead with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere. Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare's vision and values. About You: We are seeking a compassionate professional with: Proven experience in retail management. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
