They are the go-to person for payroll queries via email.Key Responsibilities:Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 11000 employees within a team / 1000 employees individuallyProcess payruns weekly (based on fortnightly pay period)Process payroll autonomously with the iChris payroll softwareCalculation and payment of termination paymentsRespond to worker queries as required to ensure that matters or issues are resolved in a timely and accurate mannerUndertake required processes in iChris and Salvos Workday to ensure accurate and effective data managementAbout youOur ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a minimum of 2-4 years payroll experience.
It's essential that you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in payroll.Demonstrate 2+ years experience in a similar payroll processing roleExposure to high volume, fast paced environmentComprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and award interpretationA strong analytical background and proficient Excel skillsDemonstrable experience in superior customer serviceExposure to multiple EAs and awardWhy work for us?TSA offers an inclusive work culture and strong opportunities for career development.
