Customer Support Representative - Immediate Start Join a dynamic, bespoke tech company specialising in software solutions for the Agricultural and Construction sectors, both locally in Western Australia and internationally.
This is a permanent role and working Monday to Friday.
About You: We are looking for an articulate, motivated individual with the following qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication A mature, professional approach with a keen ability to ask insightful, probing questions Strong problem-solving capabilities A business-oriented mindset Basic IT and technical skills, along with experience using CRM systems About the Role: In this customer-supporting role, you'll be the voice of the company, providing excellent customer service and support.
