Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
About the role
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Wealth Management business. The Reporting Analyst sits within the Investments Team and will be responsible for the governance, reporting and analytics on the performance of Perpetual Private’s various investment portfolios (model portfolios, approved product lists and Perpetual Private funds).:
* Support and perform daily portfolio management functions on cash flows and rebalancing processes.
* Support the coordination of board papers and agenda items for investment committees and statutory boards
* Accurate and timely research communications, key client collateral and sales material.
* Production of regular reporting: performance vs benchmarks, attribution and cash flow reporting.
* Performance and analytic data for collateral and to support asset class and manager research.
Key Competencies
Your experience may include:
* 3+ years experience in financial planning/advisory industry in relevant client and advice related roles.
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
* Data systems such as FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg or other.
* Problem solving and analytical skills
* Understanding of financial markets, economics and macroeconomic concepts
