Our successful head contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join a high-achieving team focused on delivering multiple commercial multi-residential projects on the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with a Junior Contracts Administrator, cadet, and a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft Scope of Works, tender packages, and project and financial reports
* Liaise effectively with the project team
* Forecast cash flow and maintain accurate cost codes
* Manage formal notices and key correspondence
* Oversee sub-contractor letting, liaison, and management
* Maintain an updated register of suppliers and sub-contractors
* Interpret plans and specifications
* Ensure compliance with quality standards
* Process progress claims
Requirements:
* Minimum 4+ years of Contracts Administration experience
* Exposure to multi-residential, commercial, and health projects up to $20 million
* Skilled using Jobpac & Procore software
* Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail and a loyal work history
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to expand your construction knowledge
