Permanent role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview contracts and specifications to develop effective methodologies and staffing plans that meet or exceed project requirements.Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to align with project schedules.Collaborate with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work procedures, ensuring smooth coordination of various phases to avoid delays.Conduct inspections of ongoing work to verify compliance with contract specifications and adherence to maintenance schedules.Prepare and review progress reports, detail materials used and monitor costs to adjust work schedules as needed.Oversee safety performance on-site, liaising with management for necessary support and guidance.Manage expenditures within contract budgets, addressing variations and preparing claims as necessary.Provide weekly site and financial reports, along with monthly operational updates.ABOUT YOUMin.
