UGL is looking for Newcastle final-year accounting students or recent graduates who completed their accounting degree in 2024 to kick off their first 12-month rotation in our Manufacturing & Maintenance business. Based in Broadmeadow Newcastle, UGL Finance Graduates will play a crucial part in preparing monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets, conducting P&L analysis, reconciling balance sheets, and or generating labour cost management reports. M&M design and manufacture transport vehicles and specialise in lifecycle maintenance, overhaul, and asset management of passenger rail fleets, freight locomotives, and mining vehicles. To be successful in this program, you will have the capability to: · Be flexible, adaptable, and proactive in learning new skills. · Work both autonomously and collaboratively within teams. · Deliver high-quality, outcome-driven work and stay self-motivated. · Build positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively. · Innovate and propose creative solutions and be willing to FIFO/relocate for program rotations.
