The purpose of this role is to maintain, develop and win new business for Optus within the Banking market and will suit deep experience in the Finance sector sales with a consistent track record of success in leveraging a mix of panel contracts, vendor partnerships, bespoke customer solutions and industry insights for ICT and Telco solutions sales. Establish and manage relationships with Senior Executives in some of Australia's largest companies, to protect existing business as well as identify opportunities for growth. Responsible for sales and delivery of sophisticated product and service solutions. Developing sound customer relationships, covering all relevant contacts within the customer account and coordinating the input of other Optus partners responsible for supporting the customer Provide clear and positive communication to all relevant Optus people to ensure that the customer’s needs are met. Maintain positive relationships. It starts with you You are an experienced sales professional who can bring a consultative style to selling technical products and sophisticated business solutions. Ideally you will also bring: Proven track record in managing high profile, high value transformational deals at C-Level and working level stakeholders. Deep experience and industry insights in the Banking and Finance sector. Telco/ICT experience across mobility, unified comms and contact centre services. Strong financial acumen with excellent attention to detail. A trailblazer that keeps up to date with technology trends Ability to negotiate complex sales and develop relationships at senior levels. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
