This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment that emphasises teamwork and professional growth.Our client has recently established a state-of-the-art Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Surrey. The facility offers a 12-bed inpatient unit for adolescents, providing comprehensive care for young individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including disordered eating, neurodevelopmental disorders, and more.Role Responsibilities:Providing highly skilled systemic interventions for families of young people with complex mental health needs.Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing crisis management plans.Offering evidence-based, formulation-driven insights to support multidisciplinary care planning.Managing a diverse caseload while facilitating groups such as carer support sessions.Monitoring and reviewing clinical progress through regular evaluations of systemic treatment.What We’re Looking For:A formal qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy (Master’s or doctorate level) accredited by the AFT.Registration with the UKCP.Proven experience working with adolescents and their families in a CAMHS setting, particularly with complex mental health needs and high-risk behaviours.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting families through their challenges.To apply, or for more information and an informal discussion about this post please contact Georgia Arnold at 02393 877 357 or email garnold@compassltd.co.uk
