Your role includes collecting liquid waste into a rigid tanker truck and transporting it to our disposal plant for recycling. Due to the physical nature of the role, candidates must be comfortable performing manual handling and heavy lifting and also working at heights.You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet. You will be required to operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations, complete all paperwork and records accurately. Must be willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test.As a HR Driver you will be responsible for:Collection vehiclePerforming loading and unloading duties of waste productDelivering loads to nominated disposals facilitiesEnsuring high levels of customer service and satisfactionMaintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and outComfortable with a high level of manual handling and heightsWhat is in it for you?As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy open to all genders to address substantive equality for all by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved.
