The Role
As a Senior Inside Sales Coordinator with Worley, you will spearhead the coordination of proposal activities, develop sales collateral, support account management, and assist in training junior team members.
* Conduct research and analysis to support opportunity responses and strategy development.
* Develop and maintain sales documents and qualification materials.
* Coordinate opportunity responses, including proposals and RFIs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
* Collaborate with outside sales and leadership to create effective strategies.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in sales, project management, or related fields.
* Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe software.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
