Location: Yishun or Canberra (Applicants should be willing to work at both locations as the need arises.)JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly.2. Support fee collection and cash management and depositing cash/cheque into bank.3. Coordinate all maintenance issues of the centre with the assigned technicians/companies.4. Liaise with social worker, social work assistant and make arrangement for initial screening, case conference etc., as and when needed.5. Prepare and dispatch various letters and memos to clients/caregivers.6. Provide administrative support to the respective committees of various events, trainings of the centre and children services.7. Handle the following Office administration matters:Organising and maintaining an efficient and effective filing systemMaintaining inventories and fixed assetsMaintaining clients' records in soft and hard copy; andCollecting and maintaining monthly statistical records of programmes and activitiesProviding administrative, data entry, operations and procurement supportRequesting and maintaining office suppliesParticipating in events organised / supported by SPD as when requiredCoordinating training programmesAttending and contributing to staff meetings; any other meetings as and when necessary8.
