About You
Our client is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the team. To excel in this role, you will need:
* Proficiency in modern Australian cuisine and seafood
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Creativity and passion for food
* Calm leadership under pressure
* Strong knowledge of rostering, ordering, and stock control
* A la carte fine dining experience
* Leadership skills to mentor and develop staff
* Experience with functions and events (a bonus)
