About the Role We are looking for a Nurse Manager to lead the annual employee vaccination campaign and the employee vaccination service.
The service provides immunisation services for employees in pop up, roaming and static clinics.
You will manage a team of nurse immunisers and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the annual influenza campaign.
You will work with Program leadership to develop and implement systems for employee vaccination needs across the health service.
About Us The Public Health and Infectious Diseases program brings the local public health unit, (SEPHU), Infectious Diseases, Infection Prevention and Monash Immunisation together, to prevent and control disease transmission in our health service and the communities we serve.
The employee vaccination service is an important part of this team as we work together to provide an immunisation service for our employees, to support a safe care environment for employees and our patients.
About You As a motivated and experienced nurse immuniser, you have experience managing immunisation programs in various clinic modes.
You can manage people, systems and logistics to coordinate and provide immunisation services for employees.
You are innovative and flexible and can actively problem solve.
You have good attention to detail to ensure reporting and compliance obligations are met.
