Job Description As a Marketing Virtual Specialist, you will take full ownership of the marketing initiatives, ensuring brand growth, customer engagement, and increased sales.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
Identify trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and customer conversion.
Continuously optimise strategies based on data and performance analytics.
Social Media & Content Creation Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, videos) that aligns with the brand identity.
Develop and manage a content calendar using PlannThat to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Website & SEO Management Optimise product listings, descriptions, and images for SEO and conversions.
Keep the website updated to ensure a seamless user experience.
Implement strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, follow-ups).
Segment audiences and personalise outreach for better engagement and conversions.
Implement lead generation strategies to nurture and convert potential customers.
Advertising & Paid Campaigns Set up and manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
Track campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimise for maximum ROI.
Test and refine ad creatives for better engagement and conversion rates.
Showroom Marketing & Printed Materials Create digital and physical marketing materials for the showroom (brochures, flyers, price lists).
Develop in-store promotions to drive foot traffic and increase showroom visits.
Design branding materials (bags, T-shirts, packaging, etc.).
Branding, Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Identify and engage influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
Manage PR opportunities and build relationships with industry professionals.
Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Analyse data and adjust strategies to improve results.
Provide recommendations based on marketing insights and trends.

Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail.
Strong background in social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience with email marketing, lead generation, and campaign automation.
Previous experience in SEO, website optimisation, and e-commerce marketing.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest Ads management.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for social media, ads, and email marketing.
Strong creative and strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute marketing plans.
Analytical and data-driven—able to track performance, measure KPIs, and optimise campaigns.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong branding and storytelling skills to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Technical & Tools:
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., PlannThat, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) for website optimisation.
Comfortable using CRM & lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Experience in e-commerce marketing using platforms like Shopify.
